Early tomorrow morning the 1st episode of our new season will hit your podcast player. It feels like we’ve been gone forever and it feels like we never left. Here is your field guide to Midnight Burger Season 4.
When?
New episodes of Midnight Burger will be posted to the feed on “Middle Tuesday” every month. That is the Tuesday that is closest to the middle of the month.
There will be ten episodes this season, though let’s keep in mind that last Season I made a little creative boo boo and needed to add two episodes to the season, so I suppose I should say there will be ten episodes at least.
If you’re on one of our subscriber feeds it will be essentially the same, but one month earlier, ad-free, and always on the 15th of the month.
Is There a Mini-Series Like Last Season?

Welcome to the Horizon takes us back to Hood’s Pocket, Oregon at the top of Mt. Hood, where Clementine loved to hide out and eventually almost buried in Hyundai Sonatas. We’re going to check back in with Frank and June to see how things are going after Clementine’s departure. I think we’re going to find that, though our infamous red-head has departed, things are far from over in Hood’s Pocket.
New episodes of Welcome to the Horizon will hit your feed once a month as well, on the Tuesday that is closest to the 1st of the month (Lastfirst Tuesday?).
Things are roughly the same on the subscriber feeds, with new episodes coming out on the 1st one month earlier.
TLDR - something new will happen every other Tuesday!
This Season the Fan Artists Take Over
Keep your eyes on our episode art this season. Each episode will include an illustration by one of the amazing artists who we found through their amazing fan art (see: banner at the top by Whisperdan and Welcome to the Horizon art by Existentially Exhausted Bean). This is looking to be the largest cast we’ve ever assembled this season so you’re going to be hearing a lot of new voices, some from your favorite shows and some getting in front of the mic for the first time! We’re so excited for you to meet (or meet again) Tina, Jessica, Quintin, Cooper, and so many more!
So, Here We Go.
I hope you enjoy the new season, we’re certainly having a great time making it (as you can tell by the bloopers at the end of each episode). I hope you fall in love with the places we go and the people we meet just as much as I do, and I hope we can be a worthy companion for you this year as you walk the dog, do the dishes, take that road trip, go on that hike, or have that moment on your patio in the morning.
I can’t thank you enough for inviting us into your lives and letting us be a part of your day. It’s truly a privilege.
And so… Tuesday morning, 4am Pacific Time, suddenly there will be a diner.
